To Do This Week

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a nice weekend. I'm going to start posting a weekly to-do list to help keep myself on track with all of these projects I'd like to get done this year. And for some accountability. So, here goes:
  1. Finish trimming HSTs for my aunt's placemats
  2. Piece November blocks for my $5 quilt
  3. Press fabric and cut all the "scrappy" pieces for my friend's purse (x2 because I'm making a second one to list in my Etsy shop). I'm using Amanda Jean Nyberg's pattern for the Scrap Happy Purse.
  4. Prepare paper pattern pieces for the apron I'm making for my aunt's coworker
  5. Press fabric for my aunt's bag and cut the pieces
  6. If I have more time, then:
    1. Press fabric for apron and begin cutting pieces
    2. Piece panels for 2 purses
    3. Begin piecing blocks for placemats
Whew, I think that's enough for 1 week! I'll report on my progress in my Friday post. I'd love to hear what you'll be working on this week! Feel free to share in the comments.

Have a sew crafty day!

Jenn

  1. I need to pick a project to start making progress on... I should probably focus on the already started WiP, but I really want to test out a new pattern I just wrote. haha! I am also going to brainstorm with a friend on quilt designs for a family who recently lost their husband/father.
